Lou has worked with privately held businesses and their owners for 45 years, helping them with tax planning and consulting, tax compliance, estate planning and transitions of ownership to younger generations within families. He works with clients in a variety of areas from wholesale and retail to start ups to professional services and medical. Lou joined Darnall, Sikes & Frederick in 2019.

Lou graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a BBA in Accounting in 1975 and earned his CPA license in 1977. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Society of Louisiana Certified Public Accountants.
