Cydra joined the firm in the spring of 2024. With more than 20 years of experience in delivering operational efficiency and organizational excellence in both the public and private sectors, she is an integral member of the Senior Leadership Team at Darnall, Sikes & Frederick.

She works to apply her unique and comprehensive skill set to the role of VP of Operations and Administration by driving the day-to-day operations, carrying out policies, and implementing and streamlining procedures necessary to align with growth.

Cydra is a proud graduate of the University of Louisiana, and she has a passion for the betterment of local communities in which she serves. She is an honorary graduate of Leadership Lafayette, a Graduate Leadership Louisiana, and was named one of Acadiana’s 20 Under 40. Cydra is certified by the US Chamber of Commerce’s Institute for Organization Management.
