Germaine joined Darnall, Sikes & Frederick with 30 years of experience in public accounting in 2019. Her expertise includes tax consulting, planning and compliance for individual, corporations, partnerships and trusts. Her areas of concentration are real estate, oil and gas, construction, and professional services.

Germaine graduated from Spring Hill College in 1989 and earned her CPA license in 1991. She continued her studies at University of New Orleans where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Master’s degree in Accounting with an emphasis on taxation. She is a member of the Society of Louisiana Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
